Installing Chrome Moldings.....

bought the side chrome moldings and looking for some advice before installing it. I just pop off the old ones and put the new bad boys on? What tools are best and will i need clips or the moldings come with. I came across some post that u can brake the clips. Thanks in advance. The thing that sucks is you cant use multiple discounts codes for justforjeeps.

Hey Dave--
If you dont care about the old plastic moldings...I just pulled them off being careful not to bend the doors. Once you get them started on one end you can use a piece of plastic to release the clips. there will be some 3M 2x tape residue you will have to remove as well if you have an 05-06. Then the new chrome moldings just snap in.....there is also a small strip of 3m tape on the new chrome moldings. just peel the red tape back and push the new moldinbg on

Got them installed today. Excuse the camera-fone pics.
Honestly I feel they complement, my chrome grill and rear bumper.
Some may hate it or think its too much but whatever. LOL

BIG BIG THANK YOU TO REDROCKER and Scottina06.
