What to expect from ins. co for totaled GC '98?

This is what my car looks like now (most likely totaled):

http://jeepgarage.org/showthread.php?t=12609

There is a chance insurance company of the person who rear-ended me (I was stopped at the traffic light) will pay for it. Investigation is still in progress but another driver took off his number plates, scraped off his registration and inspection sticker and ran away before police arrived; his car was left at the scene and owner identified via VIN number.

I wonder how much I can realistically expect.

This is GC '98 with V8, 4x4, moonroof, tow package, tow hooks, CD, leather. 82,000 miles. Excellent cosmetic condition (IMO)

The reason for this post is that when I priced it out for "Private party" on Edmunds and KBB it came out $2,000 more on KBB.

If anyone has any experience in situations like this please share.
