Lower Overland Base price

What is the deal with the Overland pricing going down? When I ordered mine the base price MSRP with delivery was $42,690, and now the dealer says he has received the invoice, and it shows a lower price than when I ordered. I looked at the window sticker for mine, which the dealer has put up on his web site even though it has not come in yet, and the base MSRP now with delivery is $41,900. Welcome news but strange. What is the new invoice price that applies to the new base price? Anyone know?

Don't have a direct answer but to have supoprting evidence...my base price on my Laredo X dropped almost two hundred from order to delivery. No complaints here either!

I'll check the paperwork tonight when I get home. My msrp was 41900 plus the 730N unit when i picked it up this past weekend.

Base invoice overland 4x4 is 38,704 + destination, as you mentioned it's about a thousand dollar drop in price.

Anybody know why Chrylser is being so benevolent? Is something not being included that was supposed to be when we ordered back in August?

Many have taken delivery within the past few days of Overlands with Quadra-Lift with no complaints of anything "missing" I've even reviewed my build sheet from the factory, it shows everything as it should...

Was this a 6 cyl 4 X 4 Overland with no other options?

I just took delivery of my Overland on Friday and my base MSPR was $41,910 as well. My dealer initially freaked out because they thought they made a mistake and didn't order my Jeep correctly. Turns out everything was there and it was just a drop in price. Certainly nice to pay less than I expected.

So they're being delivered with Quadra Lift now? My guess as to the lower price was that it was a result of the QL not installed. . .

It is not because of Quadra-Lift. I printed off my window sticker that is posted on my dealers web site and it says that my Overland has Quadra-Lift. Other reports from people on here say that nothing was missing from there jeep, just a lower price.
