How does TPMS works in WK2?

Anyone knows for sure? Is it direct or indirect? Battery-powered or battery-less?

I imagine it's the same as my Patriot was- direct TPMS with battery powered sensors located on the valve stem.

Indirect TPMS seems like it would be rather problematic when it comes to getting a reliable reading. Since the EVIC lists a specific reading for each wheel, I'm quite sure it is the valve stem based battery powered sensors- one for each wheel.
