Silver Front Fascia

Question: the limited and overland comes with a silver coloured front plate (see attached image). Is there a way to have something like that for the Laredo?
I am thinking of an aftermarked accessory for example. Did someone think about that?

The air dam is detachable. If this piece is a part of air dam - I suppose you could order air dam from Limited after making sure it fits.

Then I guess the question is (A) can someone confirm that this piece fits on a Laredo, and (B) how much does it cost? (Probably a question for Milous or someone who works with Chrysler/Jeep)

Have you considered painting piece from Laredo? I suspect piece on Ltd is just that - painted

No. I checked it today at the dealer. It's a metal piece. Painting is not an option.

Then I imagine it is not a part of the air dam because AFAIK air dam is all plastic

From what i can see, it is just an add-on so i am sure you can get it. You can also get the back plate, and fog ligth enclosure in chrome

Just a question for you: If you were at the dealership today, why didn't you ask the parts department???

I did not go to the dealer because of that. This particular question came to my mind afterwards.

It's available on emopar.com. However the part that shipped did not match the picture on the website and did not fit the Laredo. The fascia on the website had holes in it for the plastic push pins. The fascia I received and the ones in the dealer stock had plastic clips. I believe the shipped part was for the 2010 models because it had WK on it. I talked to the parts department and they were at a loss. Apparently the bottom valence on the limited and overland is different from the valence on the Laredo...could be for the 2010 models also. However, I made it fit by cutting off the clips and drilling holes in the fascia. It turned out pretty good but the fascia is a little smaller than the ones on the limited because it doesn't quite reach as far back as the GCs that shipped with the fascia.

I knew I should have taken pics first. Here you go. You can't see it too well but the fascia is about 3 inches too short to fit but I put in a couple of self tapping screws and used a several strips of scotch double stick tape (red package not green).
