Question about tow packages

I tried searching and came up with limited info so here goes...
Does anyone know if the basic tow package comes standard with the v8 option on the Overland 4x2. If not, what is the tow rating?
I have been all over the Jeep website but cannot get anything other than the 5000lb tow rating with the V6 or the 7400lb rating with V8 4x4 (which includes the towing package iv)

Sorry if I missed the info somewhere. Between this and the nav options I am a little lost to say the least. (I believe I have the nav differences down now)

Finding this site has kept me glued to the computer for the last 48 hours. You guys are a wealth of knowledge and I love how much more informed car and truck forums/enthusiasts are than dealers.
Thanks in advance and I look forward to joining you all with a new WK2 Overland Black exterior and Black Interior very soon!

thanks for the response. It looks like if you don't get a tow package on the 4x2 there is no standard factory receiver on the Grand Cherokee. I was thinking the receiver hitch was standard and the alternator, HD cooling, and load leveling suspension were the tow package options. Just was not paying close enough attention. Got confused because the 4x4 with V8 gets towing pack standard but I saw on another site it had to be added for $695 to a V8 4x4.
I think Jeep changed some standard equipment recently I noticed on a recent window sticker that the 730N nav unit is now standard on the Overland, just the base price was changed to reflect the $305 that the build your own shows for upgrading from the 430 nav.
