Is there a TSB for this?
I have just over 100km on my new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with the Hemi. When I am at a complete stop and accelerate in a straight line it sounds like the engine is coughing. I would not describe this noise as a shudder because you don't feel it, you can just hear it from within the truck. If you try to listen from outside then there is no noise. Has anybody else experienced this?
Re: Is there a TSB for this?
fill it up with some preimuim gas and drive it some more; 100 km is nothing and maybe they just put some cheap ass gas in there......bottom line is you own it and its gat a warranty.
if you want more peace of mind call the stealer and they will tell you the same thing.
It's been at the dealer since this morning, I just got a call that they fixed the problem. It was the bracket holding the exhaust was loose and vibrating against the frame of the vehicle on acceleration. I will be picking it up in an hour and I will post here again if the issue is still present.
