"blacked" out 06 laredo and looking for advice on a lower stance

I am new to this site and have been doing some searching. I have an 06 laredo with the 3.7 v6. I have done minor things like 20% tint, painted the stock wheels black, and added a 40 series flowmaster. Like i said earlier, I searched and found that I think the Eibach springs will not satisfy me for the stance I want. What other options would be best. And if anyone has pictures of there wk (non srt8) lowered and what springs they used that would be great. Also, any other items to black out.

can you tell us what kind of STANCE WILL SATISFY YOU then maybe we could help.

but reralize you can only go so far based on the front end geometry.

member cmn1 just left some feedback on the k-sport coilovers on his srt8. the srt8 starts 1 inch lower than a wk and then the coil-overs bring it down further. IIRC he said he is at 31 1/4 all around.

you WK bilsteins are 1 inch LONGER than srt8. so going with srt8 springs and SRT8 shocks can get you pretty well slammed.

last point: any more than about an inch and I THINK it will look funny with stock wheels and tires.

I apologize for not clarifying on the stance, I would like to set it down 2 - 2 1/2 inches and after winter put srt replicas on it.

DJ: thanks for the pics. It looks great with the bwoodys

for that dramtic a drop you'll need srt8 bilsteins and srt8 lowering springs. eibach i think is the lowest. SRT8 eibach not WK eibach.

or the coil-overs.

no problem bro but what Rob said is right for the lowest possible stance go with the eibach SRT's but the bwoodys gave a 2.5 drop front and 3 rear

In terms of blacking out, I'd tint the headlights and the taillights if those haven't been done yet.

Re: "blacked" out 06 laredo and looking for advice on a lower stance

I just finished mine today with Eibach SRT lowering springs and the fronts and backs each went down 1 7/8 in. I believe the BWoody's drop the same in the front and an additional 1/2 to 3/4 in. in the rear. Tomorrow is alignment day.
