lots of toys in that garage

Painting the undercarriage is something I need to do too. Mine only has 9k miles but there's already rust on the axles and whatnot. Hell, i think they were rusty when I got it new.

not even half the toys we have, between me and the other two guys living here we have: 7 car including a built supercharged minicooper, a SVT lighting f150, the mustang in the background of one of the pics 2 r1's one r6, one stunted out f4i, one 04 yzf450, and one crf50 stunt bike, waaaay too many projects between the 3 of us lol

i had a bunch of rusty spots underneath and i figured before it snows here in nebraska id take care of it.

Re: Worklog

This seems like a good project, what grit are you using to sand down the rust, and what type of paint are you using once its cleaned up? Thanks!

Re: Worklog

actually i didnt use any sand paper i just ended up using some steel wool.i felt that it did a much better job than the sand paper.i havent come to a decision on what type of paint to use quite yet.my biggest concern for the time being was stopping the rust before it went further.
