Tires

Doing things the easy way.... just going to ask. I have a 06 wk. Getting 2" RC lift, whatever wheel spacers I may need and 18" rims. Wrangler SR-A's come 265/70/r18 (32.7). I'm going to venture to guess this is cutting it too close. If anyone has done it let me know ...or just give me the ol' "get outta here with this garbage tire" and point me to a good not too expensive say around $200 or less tire that has some meat to it, because I don't even know. Haha. Thanks in advance guys.

Re: Tires

if you are going with a 2" lift, wheel spacers may make your wheels rub when turning, especially with 32 inch tires lol

i have the ome 3 inch lift with 31 all terrain tires, along with 1.5 inch spidertrax spacers to give my wk a better stance, and i can safely say i cut the shit out of my wheel wheel's just to have no rubbing when i turn lol

if you are gonna go with a 2" lift, i suggest 31 inch tires and not too much spaced out, the further out you go the more rubbing you will run into, feel free to experiment but that was what i found :)
