RER and iPhone 4 Issues

This problem is pretty well documented on the internet. But, I can't get the iPhone 4 to work consistently with my Overland's RER. And, nobody (Chrysler, Harmon, or Apple) will take on the responsibility to fix it. I'm actually sickened by the fact that I can't use the Iphone 4 with the Bluetooth. Yes, it's that important to me. I've missed 3 business calls with it and have had to resort to using the phone's speaker instead of bluetooth. That's not what a 44,500 MSRP car should provide. I want a technical solution to this and I want one NOW!

The iPhone4 is incompatible with many headsets and other bluetooth gear.

If you spent $144,500,000 it isn't Chrysler's responsibility to find a way to make a non-Bluetooth conforming device work with their 100% Bluetooth conforming head unit.

Get a new phone and your problem will be solved.

So far, no internal mention of a possible "fix" for the RER on Chrysler's end, looks like it may be up to Apple unless there is some sort of hardware issue with the RER.

Interestingly, the upcoming RER replacement radio (RHR) works with the iPhone 4.

Do you know if the RHR can be swapped straight into a RER WK2? I'm assuming the harness will stay the same but....
