OME is hear is pretty nice. RR i hear too many mixed feelings on. I was gonna life with the 2.25 RR kit, but I need to lower for my son. He has issues getting in and out of the jeep now.

Yeah there about equal pricing, but the OME is 1.5in vs. the 2.25.Just want to able to get alittle tire in the well, but 1.5 doesnt sound to promising. This is for my everydayer so im just worried about premature front end wearage.

am i missing something? im pretty sure the ome lift is more like $700 and people have claimed to get 3+ inches of lift out of it...

This where I saw the OME for $400. Its al the way at the bottom under budget lift. It says its a 1.5inch lift which seems like a waste, but when i called them they said this eliminates all the complications with front end components after high miles. I just want to fit some tire underneath.

no its advertised as a 2" lift but almost everyone that has it says they get more like 3" of lift. and you have to buy all the components springs struts & shocks (you need 2 of each, they are priced individually) which adds up to $760...all of that being said, other than the 4" lifts, OME is the best lift to go with by a long shot.

Yeah $760 is alittle more then i wanted to spend on the lift. But on another note BlackedOutWk i really like what you did with your rig you see any rubbing issues with your lift or any premature wearage. Just asking because im really digging what you did with yours maybe i may do something similiar.

my wheels are moabs, you can run those with .25" spacers (just to clear the calipers) and will only get very light rubbing on the frame at full lock if any at all. however i switched to 1.25" spacers and had to do the pinch weld mod, which was pretty easy and worth doing in my opinion. haven't noticed any wearing, people with these buck boost lifts do claim that your struts and shocks will go premature, but mine are fine so far (its been over a year for me). its more hit or miss i guess. but if you are one of the unlucky ones who has their shocks/struts go, you'll be kicking yourself for not going OME...'cause you will end up spending just as much or more replacing them.

I went the RRO about a year ago and I'm still rolling fine. I don't do any hardcore offroading either just mainly beach cruising but I have been on a couple light trails. I also upgraded to bilsteins all around so idk if those people who were unlucky kept the stock suspension or not.

what about the 3.5" Rock Krawler X Factor lift??? I'm having my Off Road guy look into it ... Most likely going to go with it unless i hear awful reviews.
