Lights and chimes - Hunting

I do allot of hunting. One thing that really annoys me is the inability to TURN OFF the interior lights, door and warning chimes, and headlights when arriving at a hunt site (on my current GM vehicle).

I do wish for a manufacturer to add a "stealth switch" that could be on a timer and work for about 10 minutes....so you could arrive at a hunting site and get out of the vehilce without alarming the quarry. I would PAY for such an option....if anybody is listening.:rolleyes:

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to temporarilly turn off the lights and whistles and bells on the JGC?

i do believe this is possible, next to the headlights you have the control switch for the interior light level. if you move it all the way down, the lights should go off even if you open a door.

as far as headlights go, on the computer there is an option to have lighted approach on or timed.

chimes as long as the key is in the ignition not sure if you can disable the chimes.
