Strange Stalling Problem

I'm trying to chase down what has been just an annoying occasional issue. When the WK is warm, after running for a while, if I turn it off to run into a store or something and come back out withing 5 or 10 minutes, the Jeep will usually turn over, shake and stumble as if it hasn't fully turned over and then stall out. I'll restart it and it always fires right up on the second try.
Things I've replaced in the last 3 to 6 months to fix this...

1)spark plugs - less than 3000 miles ago
2)battery - 3000 miles ago
3)air filter - 6000 miles ago (replaced a K&N drop in with an Amsoil dry filter and the problem went away for months, but now it's back).

Do you think it could be a dirty throttle body suffocating the engine before it starts? I've thought about ordering a new one.

Could it be the starter slowly on it's way out?
Any help would be appreciated.

I guess that is another thing I could do. I've had the fluid replaced, but never the filter. Maybe I'll have both done and see if that helps. Thanks.

Don't bother replacing the TB, that's not your problem.

I'd look into the Idle Air Control valve being gummed up possibly. It almost sounds like the fuel is vaporizing on a hot start?

When i´m not wrong the 4.7 on the WK doesn´t have the IAC anymore (like on the WJ).
This looks as a crank or cam sensor on its way out.
