pics of overland very stuck in mud...

for everyone's entertainment... i'm pretty entertained.
here are some photos of my overland very stuck in the mud. i wanted to see what it could REALLY do, but i found out more about what it couldn't do.
best part, also stuck during the recovery process: chevy 2500 silverado, TJ lifted with 33s, and a GMC 1500 pickup.
i have an excavator being delivered tomorrow. the jeep is resting on the frame with what amounts to quicksand underneath it.
ugh.

Tinted Tail lights look sick though. What else did you put it through?

lol..... nice work! Props for getting your brand new Jeep dirty! :)

Unfortunately, no matter how good a 4WD system is, it won't help if the belly is bottoming out, or the tires don't suit the conditions.

So, it's a exavator job to get it out? hahaha, you mad! i like! :D

Oh, man...LOL. What were you thinking even trying to get through that kind of mud? On street radials, no less?

First time I've seen tinted tails on a WK2.

yup, its an excavator job. wish i had a winch mounted on a cool 4xguard bumper... :)

what was i thinking? i guess i just wanted to find the limits lol... really, i guess i wasnt thinking much in the first place... that was probably the issue.

this was its first serious test... waiting for a lift before i get into much more trouble.

i'll get a few more shots with the tinted tails once i get her out... this should be fun.

What wheels are those? Any "clean" pics?

That is great! Major props for burying your new Jeep. The saying "The better the 4WD vehicle, the further you can go before getting stuck" comes to mind. More agressive tires would have helped a lot too.
