WK2 Clone front end

This is a nice shot of the new Compass front end. Looks nice. I know pics have been posted before, but I thought this was a very cool image. Interior looks sweet too, for what it is,

Front looks great! than you look at it from the side and you realize the Chrysler just gave up onthe rest of it. Havn't seen the interior. Cant wait to drive over one with my WK2!!! J/K:D

So I can get a color matched grille for the Compass, but not for the Grand?:(

The updated front end and interior are big improvements. On the outside though, from the B-Pillar back it still looks like poo.

That grille "looks" to be part of the bumper....or maybe my eyes are playing games?

Too bad it only has 4 cylinder engines.

Reminds me of the chrysler 200...looks fine from certain angles but as a whole you see the same old cheap chrysler crap...anyway these are realy just mid cycle refresh products the real test will be what the new products are like. The JGC looks great and the new charger and 300 are better but still fall short.

It's the same interior as 2009 model besides the new steering wheel. I wish they would have waited for the replacement to use the WK2 front end. The compass, no matter how nice it is, is still a disappointment in power train and for that, I will never own this generation and I don't favor the crappy CVT power train associated with the wk2. Hopefully , im wrong but with no tuning to tranny/engine it will be most likey be the same.

One thing I don't understand is how the compass gets led tails but the GC doesn't.

I don't like that they took the bottom of the barrel and gave it the JGC front end.

Almost makes me want to avoid purchase of a WK2.

Don't count out the 4 cylinder. The 4 cylinder has power like the 3.6L V6 when and only when it is mated with the 5 speed transmission. When mated with the CVT, it sucks to say the least. I'm sure if Jeep put a real automatic transmission in it the I4 would perform a little bit better. If I were to get it, I would get it with the 5 speed. Plus its something about not feeling the car shift that makes me feel more uncomfortable than seeing a pair of hands reaching under my stall in a mens bathroom
