2010 Grand Cherokee Transmission Sloppiness

I have about 3,600 miles on my jeep. I have the diablosport 87 octane tune in it. I fill it up with 89. I've been having issues with the transmission. It seems like it is slow to downshift or upshift and is always searching for gears. It even did it with the stock tune. I left the stock predator tunes alone didnt change anything and i am running the latest update to the tuner. There is a function on it called Throttle Sensitivity and it is currently on zero. Fluid is leve is good and is not burnt and doesnt smell burnt. Running Pennzoil Platnium 5w20 with a Motorcraft FL820S filter.
Any advice is appreciated.
