20's... Non-SRT Pictures?

So after a mental break down... kind of... I decided to go with big wheels, instead of the originally planned, big tires route.

I know this has been covered, but I need to know what you all think is the best tire/wheel combo size for a factory '05 WK Limited 4x4. I do not want a rubber band thin tire, so I will probably go with 20's, but I do not know what the best tire size is for my Jeep. I want the tires to be at least flush with the flared fender, or maybe sticking out 1/2 inch. And I definitely do NOT want any rubbing, full lock or not.

Please post some pictures of 20's, and 22's. I've found some scattered across the net, but always good to see more.

Sorry for the noob question and requests.

Thanks in advance!

305/55R20 Tires - 20X8 Rims...With a 4" lift and 1" spacers. There is still rubbing on the rear of the forward wheel wells. In the near future I am going to install Bilsteins and springs from a Jeep Commander which should resolve this issue.

I'm personally a fan of big wheels+stock/low suspension OR Lifted w/big tires, not lifted with big wheels. It's either street, or offroad. No one in thier right mind is gonna go offroading with 3k worth of rims, so why make it look that way.

OMG!!! Finally!
Someone actually gets it!
I laugh at the members who swap out their rims every season! What a joke! If you're spending 3K on a set of rims/tires that won't survive an American winter or occasional romp through some adverse conditions, you're getting ripped off! Standard cleaning and maintenance should be all you need to keep any rim, even after-market chrome, looking good.

Another thing, paint is, BY FAR, a better coating and rust preventative than chrome could ever be, so if you rock painted rims, and swap them out each winter, or fret over some mud/rain/whatever, I feel sorry for you.

My hats off to No One!

I stand by that^ statement with my own vehicles. Every car I've had, from import tuner show cars, to my 4x4 Ram, was proudly driven year-round through the harshest weather Michigan could throw at me. If I bought after-market rims(almost always the first mod I would do), the stockers got sold off or left forgotten in the back of the garage. Cleaning out my garage in Romulus back when I owned my house, I found 3 sets or stock rims belonging to the last 3 cars I'd built.

I've rocked painted and chrome rims. I never suffered any rusting/pitting or ANY corrosion by following a very simple cleaning schedule.
