White Residue in the Oil Filler

I just changed the oil in my 3.7 Loredo this morning and notices a white film at the top of the oil fill tube. Does anybody know what would cause this? Does the PCV need to be replaced?

Hope it's not something serious like a blown HG.

It's not the head gasket...When the oil is drained, ther is no indication of the foam.

That's pretty much what it looks like, but not that much.
