HELP PLEASE!! Jeep sputters and pops unless floored

Hi, I have a 98 cherokee with the 4.0L. When the jeep warms up it starts sputtering and popping very bad. However, if you floor the jeep, it runs perfect. I cant find the problem. Ive done just about everything. Anyone know about this problem or have any ideas?

I have replaced all sensors on the jeep: throttle body, O2, transmission, crank and cam.

My new motor only has 27,000 miles on it.
Ive replaced distributor and rotor button.
Replaced battery and starter.
New fuel tank, pump, and filter.
Replaced fuel injectors.
Also went thru all vaccum lines and no leaks.

I have 1 code: transmission controll module that has always been on the jeep since ive had it for the last year.

The jeep has been messing up for 6 months and I havnt been able to drive it. If anyone could help, I would greatly appreciate it.

you say you took the cat off.

1. O2 sensors don't work until they are warmed up
2. O2 sensors have a lesser effect on the engine if floored.

sounds to me like you have some sort of fuel trim issue. sounds like it is running rich, which is giving you no problem when it is floored.

Check the vacuum line going to the master cylinder. I had troubles with mine every time I went through the car wash. It took me a year to finally figure out what was going on. I put a hose clamp on the hose and have not had a problem since.
