Tires for a Moab Trip

I am quite happy with my 2011 Overland V6. I have the off road package mainly for the skid plates. For years I have taken my 95 Wrangler out to Moab and ran the trails. Now I would like to take the Overland out there once and do some of the easier trails. I am not looking to take it on Moab Rim or anything like that but I would like to get it on the slick rock and up a few mountain trails.
My question is what tires should I get that will give me good performance on the rock? I know the Michelin Latitudes which came on it is not the tire I want. My idea is to keep the Latitudes for daily driving and in the winter switch to whatever I get for Moab.
I ran BF Goodrich Mud-Terrain T/A on my Wrangler. Itís a great tire but I am not sure I want to run something that aggressive for the 3000 mile round trip to Moab and back.
Any suggestions on what tire I should look at?

Goodyear Silent Armors. Good handling, quiet, have Kevlar sidewalls to withstand rock punctures, and the tread will do fine on slickrock (sandpaper).

IndyBob, don't forget to take a lot of pics and video. I did a quick google video search on "Moab rim" trails and watched a lot of entertaining footage (made funnier by some truly breathtaking stupidity...don't do that part).

I done the Moab Rim a couple of times. The first part of it is really the scary part. I wish I still had my 95 Wrangler. It had air lockers front and rear. Looking forward to getting back out west.

Thanks Red. Sounds like what I am looking for.
