What are your goals pkang? I'll give you a recommendation when I know what you're trying to accomplish.

my goal is to just upgrade a bit higher because right now i already have a system with pioneer subs. but since i bought it used, one of the hubcaps had glue all over it, when i went to visions(car audio/electronics shop) they told me when u push the hubcap it screws the coils up. therefore, he said it would be much louder if they werent like that and they seem to be working around 60% of what its supposed to sound like.
so all i wanna do is go low on the price but still find ones that will pound and shake the ground while i cruise.

If your goal is to get loud using 600 watts then you'll want to shoot for increasing cone area. Would you want to fit a 15" woofer? If you can, then I'd go with a single 15" driver and the proper enclosure (likely vented) to match it. You're probably looking at a 3-4 cubic foot enclosure... unfortunately loud usually equals lots of space taken up.
