Production Updates and a Sneak peek at the MFG process!!

I just spent some time in Cali working on a few new parts as well as got to work on a few open orders while I was out their. Figured I would give you all a sneak peek behind the scenes.

First step
Everything is sprayed with clear gel coat and left to dry the following day.

After it is dry the following day layup begins.

NEW STUFF!!
Don't hold your breath since I was their I had a Medic Hood and figured I would do what I do to that too. I started and finished it but will not officially release it until Summer possibly Winter but at least it's done waiting in the wings one phone call and we are a go on this hood they have been instructed NOT TO PRODUCE this until we catch up. I'm 4-6 weeks out on delivery right now and don't want wait times to grow anymore. Some changes where made it's now fully cowled over the wipers so no more look of a hood that just ends and looks odd from a side shot. It was a 3.5" tall on the backside or something like that I chopped it down to 1.75 like the venom and I slanted the sides some so it's not so boxy. I also added the rolled back like the OE hood not seen in this pic I added it after this pic was taken.

This is Purely a sneek peek!!!

NAME OF THIS HOOD IS THE PARAMEDIC!!!
Thanks to Ron for the name!!

You can see the New 300c hood behind it I did. I had to put some finishing touches on before mold.

And yes the gauge cluster is finally getting done we went over it while I was their it's no longer in my possession!! I'm not sure it will actually work since their are two clips on the underside so keep your fingers crossed at least we are making an attempt.

Thanks for a look at the inner workings and the sneak peak of the "paramedic". I've always liked that hood and your touches seem to make it that much smoother. I hope it doesn't look too good as I don't want to have to buy another hood! haha You're light covers look very smooth. I'm still slightly disappointed in the ones I have as they were not prepped properly and you can see a grid pattern when the lights hit them. Oh well.

Really looking forward to receiving my anti-venom. :D
