R1's Installed and a Detail

Well yesterday I went over to NX-1 to have Mario do a nice wash, claybar, polish, and wax of the SRT. I also have the engine bay detailed. Thanks Mario! Then today I went back to have my R1 rotors and Stoptech pads installed by Leigh (Magnumman426). Which by the way he did a GREAT job and I recommend him for any maintenance needs for your Jeep! Thanks Leigh!

Anyways here are some pics!

^"Thor" posing for a pic. hahaha

He had to use the hammer to get the old rotor off.

^Mario said "only microfibers touch the rotors" :D LOL

^Leigh presenting the rotor. Please forgive him, at this point the brake cleaner fumes filled up the garage and he lost a few brain cells. :p  :D

Early impressions are that the bite is just as good as stock and moderately less dust.

Thanks Chuck!

So purty! That's the same rotors and pads we just put on. Hubs had to beat the crap out of that very same rotor to get it off! LOL! I remember it well, lots of bad words involved, kept the youngster inside for that wheel! :D

LOL!

Thanks Debbie!

Yeah these stoptechs are awesome! Love em so far!

And I went with dimpled instead of drilled b/c I was scared of cracking of the rotors especially with the way I drive. LMAO
