Demo Purchase (need some advice)

I ordered my Overland on Feb. 2nd and the dealer just called me and is trying to sell me their demo. I using the affiliate pricing program. So my question is how much lower should the dealer be selling the demo with 2,000 miles on it? They are only offering $500 less than the price of the one I have on order. Seems a little light to me. I would only consider the demo if it was a really good deal. What's a good deal??

$500 less? HAHAHAHAHAHA.

I don't know what I'd say it should be, but $500 wouldn't be near enough for me.

What was your purchase price on your ordered Overland?

I would say a minimum of $5,000 off sticker for a used Jeep with 2000 miles.

Wow $500 off for a used Overland that was likely beat to shit by 60 different people. Uhhh yeah NO. In order for me to buy a car that I know was test driven it would have to be a deal that you couldnt pass up. $500 is nowhere even remotely close to that. I would say realisticly a couple thousand less than the price you negotiated for the one you bought with 0 miles.
DO NOT bite on that deal.

James

Don't do it at any price! Nothing like going WOT at a dead stop with new vehicles people test drive. And other confessions of new car abusers...tonight at 8.

I see that you got the discount. How much was the MSRP on that?

Cancel your Overland order and walk away from that dealership. They are trying to scam you.
