OEM HIDs for wk

These say they only do the halogen bulbs but have a projector lens... how terrible do you think the lens is? would they work with the hids even though it says not too? i only wonder if there just saying dont as a liability...

If they are OEM, they are built OEM specs. Im assuming HIDS go into the projector. Halogens go into the non projector (hi beam)

That dude is using an 05-07 pic... Seems a little sketch to me. I doubt it's oem.

I don't get why it says no hids when it has the projector lens I know theyre aftermarket but I don't get what they did, if he converted a stock 2008 headlight to be projector or what and if he did that why no hid?

Do you think these could be used to replace my heat cracked OEM HID projector housings? Could I just swap all my OEM HID parts over to these or are those parts and the housing all one piece?

Yoy would have to seperate the lamp and install all the oem hid parts.....then it would only work if this aftermarket lamp is exactly the same as the oem HID lamps. The ballasts on the oem lamps are on the biottom of the lamps. You can see the white knob in the middle where the leveling system "would" go....I doubt you could convert that. This is a GREAT mod for guys who want the oem HID "look"...but not the full price of a new set.
