Looks great. How did you do the piece on the passenger side airbag? Is it easy to put that piece back on? Also is it the same process as doing the rest of the pieces on the doors?

Thanks! Mitsu, I did not remove the piece over the airbag. I found a thin plastic spatula and was able to tuck the vinyl in with it after heating it up. The doors were the same way. I removed the panels so that I could work with gravity instead of against it, but it wasn't necessary. I used the same "tuck" method without actually removing the trim pieces.

Great job, looks like it rolled of the line like that.

After seeing Aaron's CF interior and now yours it is growing on me... I just love the redwood too much to do it. LOL

That seriously looks incredible. Thanks for the information. How much carbon fiber did you use and where did you purchase it? I am now considering doing this...

I did for a minute...until I realized that that is where my iphone currently fits just perfectly. If I added that ashtray, I'd have to put it on the tray in front of the shifters and it would fly off the way I drive . I keep my interiors very tidy and strapped down...anything that isn't becomes a projectile during "evasive manuvers" or what normal people call "turns".

Thanks everyone!

I bought a 2'x4' roll from this place:
http://www.carbonfiberfilm.com/

I overbought by maybe double, but the last thing you want to do is screw up and have to wait for more to come. Plus I'm sure I'll use it on something else soon. This is very easy to work with. With a little patience, a credit card, and a good hair dryer, anyone can do this. I cleaned everything really well with rubbing alcohol before applying.
