Overland saddle leather question

Does anybody notice an odd almost 'fishy' smell with the new saddle leather at times? It isn't all the time but have noticed it at times.

Look for the half eatten tuna fish sandwhich.
No smell in mine but it is starting to loose that new car smell already. Might be ready for a trade in soon. :o

park it in the sun and the leather and vinyl will gas off for a shot of that new car smell:thumbsup:

ETA... also, don't use anything to wash the interior except woolight cut with water to maintain the new car smell.

Your not crazy, I too have that smell every now and again.. smells like wet dog or mildew almost. Seems to be going away with time. At 1200 miles now.

Are you a female, and if so, does this only happen once a month?

How original Chachi, think of that all by yourself. If you want to respond like a childish ass it would be better if you just shut up.
