lifting the 05 grand questions?

i have decided soon as my baby gets out of the shop i will be lifting it and new and tires 265s. so i am wondering what is the best ride with spacers and to go bilstein or old man emu's? and for the spacers daystar or rough country or rocky road? and what wheel spacers i would need for those tires?

It gave my light weight 3.7 a full 3". I love the ride quality some much better than stock. Very very bumping at first. I don't know if I got use to it or it settled or what but I liked it even when is was bumpy.

I'd go OME because you'll just end up having to replace the stock shocks anyway so just get a kit that comes with shock which would be OME. And those OME shocks are goooood.

Also, I mainly chose the tires I have because they are "C" load range. Lighter than "E" load. And they are BFG's. Guaranteed 50,000 miles at the least even though they are mud tires.

I don't know anything about spacers. I don't like them.

Go MD, not HD.

Unless you plan on installing an ARB Bumper or something.

most of the forms i have read have said they like the ride more with the hd than the md and i pull up to 4 snowmobiles in winter you want hd for towing correct?

Re: lifting the 05 grand questions?

The HD/HL was designed for a "constant" heavy weight load rather than towing. Meaning ARB bumpers and wrenches. But you are right, many people do get the HD/HL for towing. You'll be fine.

Also, if you tow as much as you say you do, I would stay away from spacer lifts. Just my opinion.
