My not so good review on Turtle Wax Headlight Lense Restorer Kit.

I wanted to use this product to do a headlight lense correction on my mothers 03 Maxima.

She's looking to get a new car anyway but I said what the hell. I'll try to restore the headlights and the kit was only $10. You basicalle clean and polish the lense. Then 4 stages of like a by hand wet sanding with the polish pads getting finer and finer with some spray lubricant. Then a final cleanse and polish. IMO this product was a waste of $$. It cleaned off the yellow mineral deposits on the lense but that's about it. The lense is still cloudy. I didn't even take any after pics. These were taken with my cell phone. I know it's not going to be like new again but I was looking for some improvement. I rate this produce a 2 out of 10 w/ 10 being the best.

Sucks you wasted your money... I don't think I have ever used a turtle wax product that I was satisfied with.

Well according to a recent comparison, toothpaste works just as good if not better than any of those products. I used it on my 89 SHO and cleared them right up.
