When you go to the trouble shooting part, there is a complete list of DTC codes.
But now in your case, 300 means misfire detected, 302 misfire cylinder #2 and 304 misfire cylinder #4.
I would start pulling plug #2 and #4 and check how they look like. Compare them to the one of an other cylinder. Maybe you have coolant leak into the cylinders and you will see washed plugs (cleaner then the others). (#2 cylinder is the first one on the left bank, when standing in front of the car, #4 is the second one on the left bank, when standing in front of the car.)
There can be other reasons, but start with this.

Spark plugs are a wonderful place to start!

Is it a hard misfire? Like it runs like crap and shakes all over? If so it could very likely be dead lifters.... not that the lifters cause the misfire, but when they dont pump up as they should they allow the rockers to fall out and viola, you have not valve opening... see it decently regularly on the wj 4.7 (will probably end up being a regular occurance on the WK too, when they get more miles and age on them).

Have you recently replaced the CKP sensor? On my '96 ZJ, I replaced my CKP sensor with an aftermarket sensor and was getting P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304, P0305 and P0306. It went away when I replaced the CKP sensor with one from the dealer. Just a thought...
