Pic Close call tonight!

Since my wife took a slider on the ice, with her 05 Grand' down our hill of a driveway she parks toward the bottom of the drive. Its getting hot and the suns beating down on that black so I told her to get the Grand in the garage. Tonight while on the ol Jeep Garage I heard a crash as I finished a little update on my rock rail install. This is what I found in the garage!! Boy the Jeep gods were watching over me! This was close! On top of the ladder is a bundle of metal conduit, and an 8ft ladder held on by only a piece of velcro. Not to mention 4 solid wheel spacers seting in the rungs! Oh did I mention the mountain bikes? Apparently this was too mutch for the wall support! Thankfully the rear support held or I'd be getting estimates tommorrow! http://i494.photobucket.com/albums/r...-19-33_257.jpg

wow, the jeep gods definitely were watching over you, whewww! Having seen the potential damage that can be done, id say you need to get a better mounting setup or keep the heavy stuff on the ground haha, just my .02 :)

Its funny that setup held that ladder etc for 7 years. I took a good look at the anchors which were 3/8" hollow wall sets and saw that they corroded from the bolt out! Seems the wall became damp. The ladders are now outside under the porch!!

hahahaha, i read that naturally with a slight pause in between words all while in a mellow yet shocked tone. If you try this the humor will become evident :)
