Rear View Mirror droop

I was wondering if anyone else was having issues with the rear view mirror drooping all the time.

About every two days or so, I need to readjust my rear view mirror as it starts to droop. At first I thought it was because I drive about 10 miles off road each day to and from work but as I have not been driving around home and am only driving highway I can not figure out what is causing it.

Anyone having similar issues or know of a fix for this?

Sorry but no issue here.. I have never looked, is there somewhere you can tighten the stiffness?

No issues here.

Mine's stiffer than Osama Bin Laden.

Don't they make a little blue pill for this problem? :)

I will look at my mirror today when I get home from work. I had a Nissan that did this and I just had to tighten a small hex screw on the mirror to fix it. Since this is a Chrysler product, I doubt it's that easy. :)

It could just be from the heat out here as it has been in the 90s but I can not say for sure yet.

And yes I did try to shove a pill in the side of it but it just did not work.... oh and Obama... ooops Osama is now fish food....

Thanks for any and all info...

Mine is stiff.
You drive 10 miles off road to and from work? Are you a lumberjack or moonshiner?

No I live in the desert in a very small town in South East AZ about 5 miles from Mexico. I live at the end of a dirt road and have about 16 acres. Dirt road to my area is 4 miles then about a 1 mile driveway.

Best part of living where I do...... no neighbors

Not so best part... after I wash and wax the "The Black Pearl" I do not want to drive anyplace as it will just get all dirty again.

I know this post is a few months old, but I have the same problem. I have to adjust my mirror upwards a bit every 2-3 days. It is a little annoying, so a fix would be nice.
