I just received my shipment today consisting of a 9006 Volt HID kit, 6000k, a H10 Volt 3000k kit, and the projector headlights with halo and LEDs for the 2005 GMC Sierra. Upon installing the projector headlights, i realized that the bulb is not a 9006 (stock) but an H1. I also decided i would like the fogs to be the same color as the low beam headlights. I would like to exchange both kits stated above and replace them with two Volt 6000k kits, # H1 and H10. Naturally I will confirm tomorrow morning that it is indeed the H1 in the projector low beam, but I wanted to contact you anyway to begin arranging the exchange. My order number for the 2 Volt kits was 17781.

Why is this titled "dissatisfaction"? YOU ordered the wrong kit and YOU decided you wanted different color bulbs... I hope you ment "dissatisfied with myself for not knowing wtf I want BEFORE I buy it". Furthermore, the way you are talking, you had the HID's out of the box, tried to install them and sound like you expect him to just swap you out for the ones you actually want.... then you go public like he has poor customer service? I havent even done buisness with him but from the reviews, the fact people pay 170 bucks for these kits from him says ALOT when kits can be had for 30 bucks (lesser quality obviously) elsewhere. Get real dude. In the real world you dont get to buy things open them up and get new ones when you change your mind.

This probably could have been taken care of via PM or a phone call instead of an open forum. I just purchased a volt kit and received excellent customer service from Steve at XD.

What the hell. Who doesn't know that there is an H1 bulb in there? You should called them and asked for Steve or sent an email.


I would have just simply called.
