Dr. Colorchip

Well, I want to apologize in advance for the lack of photographic evidence...but I wanted to throw a quick review out on their touch up system. I had a little road-rash on the front bumper and behind the rear tires from the previous owner. I really didn't want to get the bumper covers painted unless I really had no other choice, so I tried this stuff out. It works exactly as advertised. You dab, smear, and then wipe off the excess. It fills nicely and while you're not going to get a showcar finish, it's a huge improvement. So much so, that I'm not even going to consider getting the front bumper painted now. Highly recommended...by far the best touch up solution I've ever used.

I used it too, about a month ago. Worked pretty good.

Does it only work on paint chips?! I've got stress cracks in my bumper and wonder if it would work??

I have one chip on my freshly resprayed rear bumper (stomping the gas in my gravel drive  ) and it doesn't like plastic all that much in my experience.

If you can be careful and fill the chip/crack and leave it without smearing tho it works great.

It does work, you either need to be really easy going with the blending fluid (tried and failed) or be careful applying the paint and leaving it alone.

Good thing is you can retry as many times as you like because it is so easy to remove when wet.
