Loose Passenger back seat panel

Anybody else have this problem? Back to the stealer on Friday for the third panel. I've logged 7,000 miles scince 1/1/11 and all is well, with the exception of this panel.

I had a problem with the drivers side seat panel. Dealer replaced it and all has been well since.

Sorry, which seat? First or second row?

Same with me on the drivers seat. I haven't had it in yet but I will before the end of the month.

Same thing here:
- passenger back seat panel loose, to be replaced by dealer

Also
- driver's head restraint plastic grommet loose, replaced by dealer
- trunk plastic side panel came loose, to be replaced by dealer
- passenger's side temperature control buttons, plastic holding tab missing, was loose, replaced
- plastic cover behind rear view mirror hiding all those wires and sensors, was unclipped, came loose after a while. I re-clipped the plastic in place.

I'm happy with my jeep. I like it, but it could have been better...
