TSB/RRT : Intermittent no start / Intermittent RKE function

The service flash corrects the following conditions:
Intermittent no start
Intermittent RKE function

The above conditions may be caused by a software lockup in the module. The lockup
condition may be cleared by removing and reinserting fuse M27.
Flash reprogramming the WIN will correct these conditions.

Do you think "key is not detected" falls under this TSB? I had this a couple of times.

I found the proximity sensor when doing my audio install. It apart of the black tub under the rear floor, and a wire plugs into it near the rear latch. When disconnected you have to use the key in the ignition as well as the door fob lock/unlock. Possibly people with key not detected issue can unplug and replug the proximity senor?
