^x2 - With some searching dynamat can be had for pennies more than anything else worth your while. I see people getting creative and using all types of insulation and then using all sorts of different tin reflective type stuff on top. My .02, custom dynamat will never be as good as dynamat simply due its quality and construction as well as ease of application! First hand, I paid $40 to do my front 2 doors and man was it worth it, quieted them down a ton, speakers sound very nice now, no rattles or vibrations and door feels firmer sounds better when you close it, you can just tell what a difference it makes! Id go for it, sound just isnt an area I skimp on personally but there's always a cheaper alternative.

Keep us posted! I wish someone could do front/rear or sides in different stuff to get us a real comparison! Maybe grab some dynamt for one door ($20) and do a side in that and then a side in fatmat and then take some video comparos!

It would certainly be a very accurate review and probably be the goto guide for audio installs :) Just saying, someone eventually needs to do, shame I didnt think of it when I was doing it, ahh well

I just put some second skin in my Jeep...not the cheapest stuff either but cheaper than dynamat and works just as well.
I used b-quiet in my Charger and the only issue I had was in the trunk where a couple seams didn't get sealed at the edges and it melted...ugly gooey mess.
