Tree Sap

As i pull out of teh car wash today I notice I got this white tree sap all over the hood of my car and windshield.. So immediately i turned around and went back through the car wash to have them remove it.. (I was on my lunch break and i didnt wanna wait till saturday morning to clean my car) They tell me they do not want to remove it because they dotn want t scratch the paint from the hood.. what can i use to get it off i dont picture this being a very complicated fix..?

ANother problem i am having is that i keep getting streaks of some sticky shit/ white lines whenever i roll down my window.. what should i do!!!!!!!

Thats tree sap on the window too. I get that a lot. Best thing is bug, tar, and tree sap remover (which is a degreaser). When I go to wash the car I wet the front bumper than spray the bug, tar, and sap remover and let is sit for a little bit. I'll wash some other part of the car and come back to it and It comes off easy. Sometimes for the roof I have to spray it on and rub it out with the car wash mit.

You guys would cry if you saw my friends 01 XJ. Besides the fact that its black and the paint already sucks, it lived under a pine tree during the nice weather when he drives his motorcycle. This thing is covered in tree sap. Its horrendous how bad it is. You cannot even use the wipers. I am going to help him get it clean and force him to park it in the street and not under the tree in the drive way. i will try and take before and after pics.
