Will A 305/40/22 Tire Work?
 
Will a 305/40/22 tire work on a stock WK suspension.

I need to know asap. Id much rather go with a 305/40/22 then a 285/40/22

Please someones gotta know!!

USE the tire calculator dude. Its 2.6" difference in diameter and 5.4 mph difference at 60 mph all for .3" differnce in sidewall....

if you're planning on running these with SRT reps you will need wheel spacers. the overall diameter isn't what will ruin your plans... its the width, but like I said, that can be taken care of with spacers or wheels with the proper backspacing. 255/75/17's that myself and many other people are running are larger than the 305/40/22. I have also been look at getting that size, I like the cooper zeon LTZ is a nice aggressive tread. and seem well priced.

get the same size as 5280.......they looked great on his srt8/

His SRT8 is also lower then mine, MUCH lower. I have no intentions on lowering my suspension due to our severe winters.

I'll just go with the 285/40/22 in the rear. Scotts logic makes complete sense
