Bad Luck

1 Attachment(s)
so just when I thought everything was going good something bad has to happen. I finally got my jeep back after getting a motor put in after i flooded the last one. Today was the second day ive had it back and I shattered my drivers side window. I drove around most of the day and rolled the windows up and down numerous times. About 9pm i get home and roll the 2 front windows up, the pass. side goes up all the way but the drivers side went up half way then cracked the front part. The window had come off the track and the pressure that was on it from the door frame caused it to shatter. Luckily I have tints so its still holding together until i find one on monday. Just another one of those pointless problems we all run into that I thought I should share with everyone.

Pic isnt that great but its jus an idea...

Yeah it sucks when bad things happen back to back, But hey it's life and who knows on the route to get that window fixed maybe you can bump into sone good luck. Funny how life works sometimes

My drivers side window did the same exact thing. Cost me 300$ to replace, and that was the best quote I got around my area. Apparently they made all of our windows laminated :/ makes it a lot more expensive to replace

I guess my double layer of tint will hold the window together if this ever happens to me.

I found the glass for $250 on wholesalemopar.com Did you install it yourself of did u have a shop do it for you? Paying $250 for 1 window is my last resort especially when im the one putting it in, im gonna call a few local junk yards tomorrow to try to get one for less.
