Changing l.e.d's in the aftermarket halo headlight

I had purchased the following set of projectors about a year ago:

http://www.spyderauto.com/product.ph...adlights-Black

Recently, two led's on the passenger side projector and 1 led on the driver side stopped working.I contacted Spyder regarding the issue and they agreed to ship 3 led's to me for free.

So, here's my question-Is it possible to change these led's(without cutting the case or modifying)? If so,can someone please give me a heads up on how to do so?
Any suggestion would be helpful!
Thanks.

Did you ask Spyder for replacement instructions?

Actually,I had purchased the projectors from the 'autoanything' website. They spoke to spyder and mailed me that spyder will be shipping the led's for free so I can replace them. But I will mail them regarding the replacement instructions.:o

I had the same thing happen with the LED's in my tail lights. I found good replacement at Advanced Auto. They're 4 pack, 12V, Hyper LEDs (come with leads), made by Alpena. They have white, blue, and red. I'm not sure what other colors they may have out there. They work great in my WJ.

those LEDs should just pull right out, atleast that's how they worked on the Gen3's I have. Just grab them by the end of the wire at the base of the bulb and just pull. Maybe twist a little. But I am pretty sure just pull

Hey I actually have the same exact projector headlights on my 01 jeep. And the only way you can change these leds that light up the halos is by prying the headlight case open and take out the led behind the halo and replacing them, i know this because i did it to mine. It is actually very easy to open the casing to the headlight though.

Do they pull apart cold or did you put them in the oven or use a heat gun?

You either have to put them in the oven to heat the epoxy glue up or do what i did and use a hair dryer and slowly pry upen the case with a butter knife and heating up the edges. its pretty easy i used a hair dryer because i cant take off my headlight with all the wires.
