Need advise about a lift kit

I have a 2008 GCO with the 5.7L HEMI. I'm considering installing a 2" lift. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about Rocky Road Outfitters? They offer a 2.25" lift with Rancho adjustable shocks for about $369. I also plan on using the wheels/tires from my wife's 2011 JK.... they're 255/75/17...
Just looking for a little advice on this lift kit and tire size... I might even be able to go to a 265 with the 2" lift... I want to keep the street ride/feel but I want to have a little bit of a more aggressive stance. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I've attached the URL for Rocky Road Outfitters below.

Thank you!

Craig

Using the combo your talking about will definitly give you the look you want and also the ride quality. And regarding the tires, your going to need spacers.

Im partial to the RC/Bilstein combo though ;) but either way your Jeep is gonna look sexy!

Ranchos suck. Had them. I thought they were decent until I installed Bilsteins.

Pass on the ranchos IMO

Um.......did you read "you're" post? ^^^^^^

You said "regarding the (tires), you're going to need spacers.

My previous posts were for you because people DO run Moabs wrapped in KM1 without lifts nor wheel spacers. It's just a matter of simply grinding down the front calipers.

tires...rims/tires same $hit to me. I know what i meant when i typed that. Besides his post say hes looking to use the JK rims/tires.

Regardless spacers are required to run the setup from his wife's JK without having to modify anything. And you would think grinding the calipers is sort of extreme, when a $30 1/4" spacer can make you avoid all that work.

Thanks for looking out for me.. i feel silly right now ;)

^^^LOL.

I know but some people grind the caliper because wheel spacer will never past car inspection in some states.
