Most places don't discount often and usually no more than 10%. I bought mine at Amazon.com. Great prices, free shipping, and excellent customer service.

polo2883, there is very little mark-up on the Thule items. You may want to check your local bike/ski store as often there will be a 10% discount. Plus you avoid any potential shipping costs and have a local contact should there be problems with the setup.

Rackattack.com

You missed a 20% off sale Thule had about 1-2 months ago. As others mentioned there not usually discounted by much.

I saw a couple of posts that REI and rackattack.com had 20% discount. Does that happen often?

I guess I just found the cheapest I am going to get:
BR47 Aero bar + 460r podium foot and 4019 fit kit shipped for $302.26.

Does that sound like a decent deal?

I'd say that sounds really good, where from? Rackattack is 332 without a coupon (usually you can find a 5%).

ORS Racks Direct. Its 10% off and another 10% with a code I found. The Thule cross bars are still about $100 more than the OEM Jeep ones. I see everyone on the forums prefer the Thule bars. Is there a particular reason?

Re: Thule cross bars

If I had to guess its due to flexibility with aftermarket roof top attachments. You can get almost anything from Thule for whatever your needs may be, such as a bike, canoe, skis, kayak, etc.

Whispbar is another good choice however I dont think they are available yet, supposedly they have little to no wind noise.

REI has two 20% off sales per year on Thule and Yakima. The most recent one started May 20.

You also receive a 10% rebate at the end of the year if you are an REI member. However, there's usually no rebate on sale items.

I did some looking around and ORS Direct had the lowest price that I could find. At Checkout enter the coupon code " extra10" for an extra 10% off the order. The place also ships free.

P.S. On a side note the Thule website is incorrect for fitting of the 2011-2012 WK2's for the AeroBlade load bars. You need to order the 53" not the 60" AeroBlades...
