Is this just water leaking ?

Seems like the wrong location for a water drip. The fluid is reddish in color but does not smell or feel like oil. This is after a 45 minute drive in about 80 degree weather with the ac blowing.

It might be just condenstaion from the ac,but that should be clear. I have seen heater hoses leaking by the cowl, and the coolant drips down on the left side. Keep an eye on the coolant level.

I know that ATF+4 is red in color. That is the fluid used in the transmission and the transfer case. A/C condensation should be clear as it's water.

Well not sure if you can tell from the video. It looks slightly reddish. But the actual drips on the ground seem clear and feel like water. Anyway, I have the dealer check on Tuesday. Thx.

How did this go? Just wondering because I had one time where the "water" that comes down under the Jeep where the driver's seat is wasn't quite clear. It was only a one-time occurrence so I haven't been concerned.

Also, we don't have a ton of humidity here in Mass. but when the Jeep is parked we get a lot of water underneath. The AC system must be drawing a lot of moisture out...

Your transmission could be purging which seems to be common with Chrysler but not normal.

And the fact that it does it after a long drive really makes me believe it's trans fluid do to overheating then purging from a seal.

I had it checked, they couldnt find any leaks. That said, i have not noticed it myself either since i got it back from the dealer.

Hmm, I'd take note of the coolant level on overflow tank when cold for a few days.... just to be sure...
