Could someone with QL do me a fav?

And measure your ride height in normal mode? Got my car back from having the QL repaired, but it seems lower now.

19 7/8"

Photos at both NRH and Aero mode from earlier thread below. Have you tried cycling thru different QL modes?

thanks for that link. Cycled through w/o a change.

Car looks slammed at park height.

Mtndog, can you please confirm that your 20" mark is to the top of the hitch square opening? Can you also please show which WK2 model you have? QL at NRH?

Thanks

Moosehead, I measured to the top of the hitch square opening (inside)…it’s an Overland and it was NRH. I'll snap a photo when I get home tonight.

Re: Could someone with QL do me a fav?

Is this with the engine running because I know they do come down about an inch after being parked for a few minutes with the engine off. I don't have mine with me right now so I can't measure, but I do know with it parked and the engine off for a while from the ground to the bottom edge of the from wheel well is 33 inches and the rear is 34 inches. I will confirm this later but this is what I remenber from measuring it in the past. The other question I would ask is how does it ride since the reapair does it feel normal?

Just checked it again after a drive home from the office in Auto mode, usually I drive in Sport. 19-13/16" with the engine running. I let it sit for ten minutes or so with the engine off and got the same 19-13/16"

Re: Could someone with QL do me a fav?

Went by the dealer to have them double check the ride height. Tech did a visual, but would not hook up and diag equipment. Told me the ride height it was spot on. Asked him why the Overland on the lot was 1 1/2" higher and he said mine was right. i didn't press him, just thanked him and was on my way.

Drove out to the dealer in East Bum****, NC this afternoon and got different story. Within an hour they diagnosed the QL as having a small leak and the nitrogen PSI was way low. Bringing it to them on Monday to resolve. I let the local dealer know just how much they suck.

Should have listened to Scott earlier in my other thread when he said go to another dealer. I just didn't think I would get better service at a low volume dealer out in East Bum****.

I'm a little suprised you didn't get the service air suspension message and also that you did not feel it in the ride quality, but it did sound like your vehicle was sitting a little low. It good that you found a dealer that is willing to work on the problem. What reapir did the first dealer do?
