Here ya go:
1. you need reuse the two screws that hold the tail light in, you will find them when you open the rear hatch.
2. where the arrow is pointing there should be a hole in the guard, take a screw and use it to mount the metal plate to the guard. then you will have to mount the metal plate to the jeep. so you will have to drill a hole.

If you are not completely comfortable drilling a hole in your jeep, pay someone to do it. tail guards a re a sweet look and can be helpful in preventing damage, but if you don't feel confortable with power tools don't do it.

BTW, after I wrote this I read your sig. you should be fine.

Re: Need Help!!! Tail light guard install

I just wanted to see what you guys had done to get them on. The set I have I have to mod a little bit cause the part that mounts to the light rubs on the tailgate when it closes. A project really isn't a project unless power tools are involved. Did anyone else have this problem?
