Squeaky SRT8 Bilstien Strut
I have about 2,500 miles on my new bilstiens after I did the SRT8 conversion and the passenger side front strut is squeaking like mad. It took forever for me to figure this out but if I take a stethoscope and put it on the shock bolt it resonates like crazy. Anything else I put it on doesn't even make the slightest noise in my stethoscope.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Isn't there any warranty by any chance?

Should be. I will call and figure out if this has been an issue or not. I was curious if anyone else has had this issue though.

Re: Squeaky SRT8 Bilstien Strut
You can make it squeak by just shaking it side to side. I tried putting it on the ball joint and didn't get anything.

Re: Squeaky SRT8 Bilstien Strut
Can even try a squirting some thin lube on the shock shaft. Sometime all it takes is a piece of grit to work its way in there and you hve an instant squeek.

WD40, Inox, that kind of thing may fix it. It has for me previously. Effectively, you're wanting to "flush out" the grit that may be in there.

That said, if it's under warranty, definately talk to the seller.

agree with Benny......and if its NEW I would consider trying for a replacement if a 'quick lube' fails/
