Bull/Brush Bar

I've been thinking about a Westin bull bar for my WK but would like to see some setups. Post em up! Doesn't have to be just Westin

Alot of members dislike how it looks, since it breaks up the look of the jeep. I need it though over where I live. (Parking purposes:lol:)

Here is mine, on a 2007 - Gonna plastidip it soon. :)

Photoshopped version with black wheels x headlights.

Here is one on a 2008+, notice its lower, due to the air dam being lower.

Thanks Father Paul, I love the looks of them. I'd definitely do mine in black.

I like the above one also, but I prefer the ones that dont cover the headlights.

I like the matrix too, but that thing is pricey! My favorite so far is the Westin

It does sit pretty low, but I think it looks better. Not sure about functionality.
Mounting depends on the brand of the bar.

The Westin Bar does sit very low with the stock brackets they give you. If you have a grinder and drill press you can alter them for a much better fit. If you have tow hooks they'll have to be removed.

Here are few pics for ya. The first is the stock mounting. Too low and too far from the front end. Flip the brackets around and do some grinding and you can see it'll go up and tighter to the bumper.

Re: Bull/Brush Bar

It's more of "Urban Armor". As soon as I can get my hands on some steel I going to fab a front receiver so I can have a shackle hitch peeking out below the bar. Just have to pull the skid off the bull bar to access it. ( or just leave the skid off all together.)
