Jeep Consumer Satisfaction Improves

According to the 8/11 Consumer Satisfaction Index, for 2011 Jeep's satisfaction rating has improved 2.6 percent over last year. That's the good news. Less good is that at a rating of 79, Jeep pretty much brings up the rear among all makes.

If these type "reports" hold true, all of Chrysler is at the bottom of the barrel, and has been for a long time. I don't know of anyone that purchases a vehicle based on "Satisfaction" numbers, and considering Jeep is an SUV producer without other vehicle types, how would it fare against the competition if only SUVs were reported???

Not to mention: whatever "satisfied" means. It's not complicated to figure out what "satisfied" means after an evening with Hot Suzie, but with a vehicle?

Whatever, the main thing is that it's getting better. It'll probably be another four years before Chrysler is completely turned around.

suzie gets a high rating

anyway, I did a recent Chrysler customer sat survey on my 2008 WK. Basic questions with 1-10 rankings, for the most part, I did not score it well based on some recent issues I have had.

It would be interesting to see how the Benz ML scored within this survey since they are generally similar vehicles. With price point considered, I would bet the Benz did quite well, with their owners not willing to describe their purchase as less than fulfilling! Also, how would the Grand Cherokee be graded by itself rather than being lumped in with the small Utes that Jeep produces?
